We accept both walk-ins and scheduled appointments to provide flexible and convenient care. Walk-ins are seen based on availability and medical priority. Please bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, current medications, and a list of any concerns or symptoms you have noticed.
2. What types of pets do you treat?
We primarily treat small animals (dogs and cats) and also provide select services for rabbits, including spays and neuters.
3. What should I do if my pet is experiencing an emergency?
IIf your pet is experiencing a medical emergency during business hours, please call us immediately or come directly to the hospital. Our team is prepared to provide urgent care and stabilize critical patients. If we are closed, please visit the nearest emergency hospital (VCA, Orange County Emergency Pet Hospital, or Fountain Valley Emergency).
4. Do you perform surgeries?
Yes, we perform a variety of surgical procedures ranging from routine spays and neuters to more advanced procedures performed by experienced veterinarians. We have a visiting board certified surgeon for more advanced orthopedic surgeries.
5. What diagnostic services are available in-house?
We offer digital radiographs, ultrasound services, echocardiograms, in-house laboratory testing with rapid results, fecal testing, microscopy, AI dermatology diagnostics, abdominocentesis/thoracocentesis, exploratory surgeries, endoscopy and radiology consultations.
6. How quickly can I receive lab results?
Many of our in-house laboratory tests are completed within about one hour, allowing our doctors to quickly diagnose conditions and begin treatment during your visit when possible. Additional tests that require specialized analysis are sent to our reference laboratory, IDEXX, with most results available within a few days. Our team will contact you promptly to review results and discuss any next steps in your pet’s care.
7. Do you provide ultrasound and echocardiogram services?
Yes. We offer quick ultrasound scans in-hospital to help evaluate urgent conditions and guide immediate medical decisions when needed. For more advanced imaging, including full diagnostic ultrasounds and echocardiograms, we work with experienced mobile specialists who perform detailed examinations at our hospital, allowing your pet to receive specialized care in a familiar and comfortable environment.
8. Do you offer at-home euthanasia services?
Yes. Dr. Justina Botros provides compassionate at-home euthanasia services for families seeking a peaceful and private setting.
